Old Sketches - Cindy redesign development

While browsing through my folder and seeing some old art, I found this compilation  of old sketches from different time lines. The top ones we done around 2008/2009 and the rest were around 2010/2011. Realizing that this has been posted not even in the scraps, I decided to post it here (although this will most like go into the scrap later on).

First off I wanna say that I'm REALLY embarrassed of the top drawings >////<. If you can't tell, those were supposed to be sketched of humanized Cindy >_< . OH GOD this was when I first was attempting anime style >/////< UGH SOOOOO UGLY!! Seriously just ignored the upper stuff >_< .

The rest of the sketches are the real reason I posted this. For most of the middle sketches, those we actually the sketches where I was redesigning Cindy's current look. I actually have some others but these where the ones that made me finalized her design, which is shown in the colored pencil sketch. Overall I'm really glad to have changed her outfit design and even today I still love it a lot.

The bottom sketches are different sketches of Nega Cindy. I don't think I ever gave you guys a proper introduction of Nega Cindy. So basically she's Cindy's Nega/Dark counterpart. If anyone has ever played or know Persona 4, then basically you can say she's Cindy's Shadow. She suppose to represent Cindy inner darkness and her darker side. She mainly represent her fears, mainly her fear of being alone. I will one day introduce her more proper, but in the meantime, this is just her basic intro.
